You can contact us by tapping the "Submit a request" button at the top of this page. Please make sure to fill out the entire form that is shown down below.
It is also possible to contact us through the game. You need to tap on the cogwheel at the top right of the screen and then tap the support button. Once you have tapped the support button, you will be given three options.
The first button, labeled "Support," will allow you to see any messages you sent us. You can tap on any of the messages you see to continue the conversation.
The second button, labeled "Get in touch," will allow you to send a new message to us. Anywhere where you see the button "Get in touch," if you tap it will allow you to send a new message. Please make sure only to send new messages for new topics.
The third button, labeled "help center allows you to view our current articles about the game. Please take a look and see if any of them answer your inquiry.
Please only send one new ticket per issue/feedback. If you send many new tickets, it will take longer and be more difficult for us to reply.
